Shipping Policy
Delivery
We offer tracked delivery within the UK for £3.65 per order.
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and are normally delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
